Who are we?

French Council of Singapore was born under the shared passion for teaching and the French language by a group of French expatriate teachers. We love our language and cannot wait to share and teach it to whoever also share the same love.
Our team has more than 20 native French teachers from France. Each of them has an expertise in different domain, e.g. experienced in business French for adults/ public exams' preparation for teens. Regardless of students’ goals, we do our best to accompany our students in their journey of learning French, and we strive to make it as enjoyable to our students as possible. After all, learning should be a fun experience in order to keep up the motivation.

What services do you provide?
At French Council of Singapore, we offer private 1-on-1 lessons online for students from the age of 3 and at all levels. We aspire to provide the best possible learning experience to our students with the most affordable prices. We believe that private lessons that are tailor-made to each individual’s needs and learning styles are best for learning a new language. Some students may be timid to ask questions in a group setting, and private lessons provide a judgement-free environment for them to actually progress at their own pace. Besides, each student has a different learning goal and reason. For instance, many of our students seek help from us for public exams, such as IB and IGCSE French. In such cases, learning in groups can possibly slower students’ advancement as they have to align with other classmates’ pace.
Although, we understand the concern - private lessons are usually pricey. A lot of times, private lessons are expensive because of the location rent and logistic reasons. We aim to let more students enjoy quality education with affordable price.
